Radiohead @ Liberty State Park

A.James, Roach, T$, and myself attended All Points West this past Saturday. We took the ferry from Pier 11 which was cool. Radiohead played an amazing 2 hour set. I was psyched they did Fake Plastic Trees and Idioteque (off Kid A). This was only the second time I had seen them. I saw them when I was about 15 years old at Radio City.

CHA CHA

Everyone has to check out CHA CHA. Its a free texting service. You can literally text them anything and someone will get back to you with the answer within minutes. Text 242242 (CHACHA on the keypad). Ajames and I were laughing at this one today...

AJ and AK: Does Greg Oden still have a mohawk?

CHA CHA: From a 7/17/08 interview: "I am not rockin' the mohawk. I am rockin' the long beard with short hair , like Lebron. Thanks!"

Titus Anrdonicus reps JERSEY so hard
The Enemy is EVERYWHERE

The Gowans Canal is so clean.
TELEPATHE

Todd P always brings the heat and this show was beyond expectations. The Yard in Brooklyn is the coolest venue around. Pretty much every band that played killed it. Titus Andronicus stole the show and even played a Misfits cover. W0W.

Titus Andronicus

Titus Andronicus is from Glen Rock, New Jersey. As many of you know Jersey is not a hot bed for indie rock acts. Somehow these mother fuckers busted onto the scene in a big way. Pitchfork Media has been hyping these guys like the second coming of Christ.
So what is all the fuss about?? Their newest CD " The Airing of Grievances " is probably one of the best debuts I have heard in awhile. Muffed vocals, noisey guitars and sick lyrics. These dudes ate the ashes of velvet underground, the kinks, and the cars and fuck it; let's do this.
